Our Senior Management team have always taken culture very seriously at Apollo and it was originally set by the whole company in an interactive and collaborative session.

We offer monthly lunchtime lectures on many subjects ranging from the Sharing Economy, to how to brew beer.

We believe that it is important to share the wealth of knowledge and experience at Apollo by assisting to develop future talent in our community. We work with Lloyd's to coordinate programmes such as mentoring, interview skills with 6th form students going off to University, and we host workshops at our offices for students in the Tower Hamlets area.
We also offer work Experience to young people looking to gain some insight into the world of Insurance.
Our employees are committed to ensuring this exercise is of value to candidates and encourages them to ask questions, learn new skills, network, give and receive feedback. We usually pay the travel costs of those undertaking work experience with us as well as providing lunch vouchers.
As well as working with students to share our knowledge and experience, we are keen to give back in other areas.
Our employees are given time to volunteer whether this be individually or as part of a team building exercise.
We support our employees to challenge themselves whilst raising money for charity by matching fundraising up to £300 (for absolutely anything).
We hold various in-house fundraisers, such as cake bakes, and Jeans for Genes day.
Vital to an engaged workforce is the wellbeing of our staff. We offer flexible and agile working where output is the most important element of your role, rather than how much time is spent at your desk!
We offer health checks annually as well as providing fruit in the office every week.
We support a range of sporting activities through entrance of teams to events such as the London and Finland triathlon and have a Lloyd's netball team, as well as a football 5-a-side team.
Our employees are invited to Sports and Social activities throughout the year planned by our Sports and Social Committee. Events range from treasure hunts, darts, quiz nights, and bingo.
